QR Codes

Invented in 1994, based on digitally-scanned UPC codes first used in 1974, putting a new spin on an old technology, the RPC uses QR codes to share relevant links to RPC content with Canadian voters.

Below you will find our current library of premade QR codes for your use.

General Guidance

Please use the provided files as they are. When using them in web or print, use the highest resolution reasonably possible and do not alter or obscure any part of the code to ensure maximum readability.

02

Link Only to RPC

RPC QR codes must only point to pages on official RPC websites and social media profiles.

Anonymity Required

Customized QR codes may be created to identify where they were posted, but never customized in a way to identify specific individuals who scanned them.

The RPC does not need or desire to collect such specific information and so it is critically important to respect Canadians' privacy by limiting QR code use in this way.

QR Code Library

We will continue to create new QR codes as the website is further developed. We suggest you occasionally return to this page to check for updates.
